Each room (most of which are en suite) has a view of either Lincoln and the Trent Valley or our orchard. All rooms are individually decorated and have:

• Tea/coffee making facilities;
• Clock radio;
• Hairdryer;
• Shaver point; and
• Thermostatically controlled central heating.
